As we expand our reach, we seek a dedicated Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow our relationships with key providers, ensuring their long-term success on our platform.
Role Overview:
As a Key Account Manager (KAM) at Mauna, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new providers and managing relationships with existing ones. Your primary focus will be identifying and onboarding high-potential providers, ensuring they are effectively activated and set up for success on the platform. You will also be our vendor’s main point of contact, working closely with them to understand their needs, resolve any issues, and help them maximize their success with Mauna. Your efforts will directly impact provider satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provider Acquisition & Activation: Identify and target high-potential providers to join the Mauna platform. Lead the onboarding process, ensuring new providers are fully activated, understand the platform’s tools, and are equipped to succeed.
- Account Management & Retention: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing providers, building strong relationships and ensuring their long-term success on Mauna. Regularly check in with providers to address their needs, gather feedback, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Tailored Success Strategies: Develop and implement personalized growth plans that help providers optimize their listings, improve their service offerings, and increase their revenue. Provide data-driven recommendations and best practices to support their growth.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor provider performance on the platform, using insights to help them optimize their offerings and achieve better results. Ensure providers are fully leveraging Mauna’s tools to grow their business.
- Provider Advocacy: Act as the voice of the provider within Mauna, ensuring their feedback, challenges, and suggestions are communicated to the relevant teams. Use these insights to inform product development and improve the overall platform.
- Training & Development: Provide training sessions and resources to help providers better understand and utilize Mauna’s tools, enabling them to maximize their success.
- Efficient Relationship Management: Utilize CRM systems and other technological tools to manage provider relationships, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups. Leverage these tools to streamline communication, monitor provider satisfaction, and proactively address concerns.
What We're Looking For:
- Account Management Experience: Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar role, with a strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to engage and build rapport with providers and internal teams alike.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: A proactive problem-solver who can identify issues before they escalate and take decisive action to resolve them, maximizing provider satisfaction and success.
